This was our 15th trip to Barbados and our 6th year in a row at Best E Villas. Some ask why we return to the same place year after year. I invite them to come with us and then they say "Oh! Now I understand" and they book for next year 🙂 We were scheduled for a month and extended our stay an extra week. Just didn't want to leave. We love Batts Rock beach and you just can't beat the weather, 39 days straight of perfect temperatures and sun!! We buy our own groceries, but mostly just for breakfast and snacks, as we so enjoy eating at the local rum shops and small family owned pubs for lunch and/or supper. Embracing the bajan cultures and friendly atmosphere is what makes this island so awesome. We learned dominos from some local pros, had a fabulous potluck with friends & family of our host Mr. Best at the Sandy Lane Gold Cup horse race, enjoyed a night of karaoke and yummy food with the Best E Villa family, spent a couple of beautiful evenings down at our new beach bar La Cabane at Batts rock beach, partied with the tourists on First Street in Holetown on Sunday nights, spent a gorgeous day out on the Ocean Daze Catamaran, partied and swam at the Boatyard, relaxed with cocktails and our very own prepared fresh coconut drinks on Browns Beach, and had loads of delicious meals and such great times at our little local gem "Pat's Blue Shack" in Prospect near our villa. I could go on and on, but you'll find out when you get there. The villas as awesome and Mr. Best and his team are truly the best 💕💕🏇🏊‍♂️🍹🍻🐒🦀🌴⛵😎👍 Jan and Gary
